Anesthesia For Patient With Myasthenia Gravis

Neuromuscular disorders has been classified into those affecting the central nervous system (both intracranially and at the spinalcord level),peripheral nerve leisons, disorders of neuromuscular leisons (Azar 1984). Patients affected by any of these disorders commonly have such a significant degree of muscle wasting that they develop a marked decrease in respiratory reserve.
